Having graduated with a B.A degree in art history and criticism from Vietnam University of Fine Arts, Linh has been actively engaged in the Vietnamese art scene since 2006. She has worked with various galleries, art institutions, art foundations, and has contributed to different regional and international art projects. In 2015, she received an Alphawood Scholarship to pursue her MA in Contemporary Art and Art Theory of Asia and Africa at School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Her research interest focuses on the avant-garde art movement of Vietnam in 1990s, conceptualism in contemporary art and queer art. Linh currently works as artistic director at Six Space – an artist-run-space in Hanoi that serves as an educational art and culture exchange platform and promotes community based art projects. She aspires to connect and create inter-disciplinary dialoguess and collaborations across generations and cultures.
